Directions:
To prepare the tea, you’ll need to:
1. Bring water to a boil
2. Add 1 tablespoon of the dried flowers/herbs to a tea infuser or teapot.
3. Pour hot water over the leaves and allow it to steep for 10 minutes
4. Strain and add any type of flavouring you’d like such as cinnamon, honey, coconut nectar, etc.
