Shipping Delay Notice:
Due to the impact of the recent fires, our operations have been significantly affected, and as a result, orders may experience delays of 2 to 3 weeks. We are working hard to restock and fulfill orders as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Please allow up to one week from purchase date for your order to be shipped. We ship with USPS, if it is under 1lb we ship first class (unless you select priority during checkout) which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive, and if it is over 1lb we ship priority which usually takes 1-3 days to arrive.
Shipping times for international orders out of the USA vary from 7-21 days. International orders may have import taxes and fees that you have to pay upon receiving the package, please check your local laws for more info.
International Shipping Information:
If you are ordering Internationally (from outside of the United States), we can only ship this product if you choose *USPS Priority Mail Express OR UPS Worldwide Express Plus* because this is an item that needs to be refrigerated. We keep them insulated with ice packs but that will only keep it cold for 5 days. Unfortunately, regular shipping will not get the product there in time for it to be fresh.
Returns & Refunds:
At Prana by Lana, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining a strict no refunds or returns policy across all our sales platforms, including online, in-store, and at farmers markets. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary.
Store Credit Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we only offer the option to exchange items for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

Exchange Timeline: You must request an exchange within two weeks from the date of purchase. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges: Upon your exchange request, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for you to return the item to us. The product must be returned within two weeks from the date you receive the shipping label.
Please note that our policy strictly prohibits refunds. We offer store credit which can be used towards any future purchases, allowing you the flexibility to choose another item that better suits your needs.
