SUGGESTED USE

Add 1/2-1tsp Rose Powder in a warm cup of water, or in your choice of tea, milk, latte, smoothie, savory and sweet foods, and beyond! It can go on just about everything. 

Rose Water: Add 1/2tsp in 8oz of almost boiling water (prevent very high heat as it increases bitterness and lowers medicinal properties) and allow it to steep at least 8-10min (or longer). Once it has cooled off, place in the fridge to then drink chilled. Enjoy!

Directions

Make this simple tea in minutes whenever you feel like your immune system can use a boost.

- Add water, dried elderberries, and a cinnamon stick to a small saucepan and stir well.
- Heat on high just until the tea starts to boil. Then, turn the heat down to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Let the tea cool in the pot for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea through a fine-mesh strainer into a mug and enjoy.

Can you make this an iced tea? You sure can! If it’s a hot summer day, just boil and strain the tea, then chill it in the fridge. Serve it over ice for a refreshing beverage!
